From the spacious and free parking just outside, to the friendly and English-speaking staff who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The clean and spacious rooms provided the perfect retreat after a day of exploration. The exceptional care and attention to detail, such as preparing a breakfast package and swiftly addressing any issues like water flow, truly set the hotel apart. Despite facing unexpected challenges like devastating floods, the staff's unwavering dedication and generosity shone through, leaving a lasting impression.In conclusion, my experience at the hotel was nothing short of exceptional.
